14-day refund
If a Founder License isn't right for you, email jtate@moduvera.ai within 14 days of purchase with your order reference, and we'll refund you in full.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.
After 14 days
Purchases are final after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
